Student Mistreatment, Harassment, Discrimination, and Compliance Reporting
Students may report concerns related to mistreatment, harassment, discrimination, bullying, stalking, assault, or other issues in the learning environment through the appropriate reporting channels below. Reports may be submitted anonymously when available, or with contact information for follow-up.
Learning Environment and Student Mistreatment Reporting
Learning Environment Report: Non-Sexual Harassment or Non-Discrimination Submit a named or anonymous confidential Learning Environment/Student Mistreatment Report through the CDU 4-Year MD Program’s web-based reporting system.
Submitted reports will be routed by the College of Medicine Office of CQI and Accreditation to the appropriate official for review and investigation. Named reports will receive follow-up correspondence from the appropriate college official.
General Suggestion Box
Students may submit a general suggestion online, either named or anonymous.
Sexual Harassment, Discrimination, and Title IX Reporting
Reports of sexual harassment, discrimination, Title IX concerns, or other compliance issues may be submitted through CDU IntegrityLine.
