College of Medicine
Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science (CDU) has received preliminary accreditation from the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) for a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree program in October 2022. We are working towards receiving full accreditation from the LCME. The LCME is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education as an accreditation agency for medical education programs leading to the MD degree.
