In my current role at CDU as an Adjunct Mental Health Clinical Instructor for nurse practitioners, I have the privilege of shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide comprehensive mental health care. Leveraging my extensive professional background, I offer students a well-rounded perspective on mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment within a primary care context.

My years of clinical experience have spanned diverse settings, from inpatient psychiatric units to outpatient clinics, allowing me to impart not only theoretical knowledge but also the critical nuances of patient care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the management of mental health conditions across the lifespan. I am dedicated to nurturing a new generation of nurse practitioners who are not only well-versed in evidence-based mental health care but also committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered services to address the growing demand for mental health support in healthcare settings.
