Spencer Gray facilitates a line of communication between various stakeholders to get projects done. With over 20 years in both public and private sectors, Spencer has experience in technology & innovation, graduate medical education, relationship management, project management, and many other areas. As Harbor-UCLA’s Senior GME Systems Administrator, Spencer has managed residency management systems, database analysis initiatives, and professional development. Spencer holds a master’s degree in public administration (MPA) from Villanova University and is considering a Doctor of Health Administration (DHA) program at Morehouse School of Medicine.
