Purpose

The aims of this study are to use a survey instrument to assess the level of access, knowledge, utilization, and perceptions toward Information Technology (i.e. personal computer, and telecommunication technologies) among patients who are seen at the Hubert H. Humphrey Comprehensive Health Center, the Wilmington Community Health Center, and the UCLA Medical Center, Los Angeles.
