ServiconCares Announces Scholarship Fund for CDU Students

ServiconCares announced the Mahdesian Family/ServiconCares Scholarship Fund for CDU, which will consist of $75,000 per year over the next four years — totaling $300,000.
ServiconCares, the philanthropic division of custodial and infection-prevention leader Servicon, will fund five $15,000 undergraduate student renewable scholarships per year per student. Priority will be given to undergraduate students from the South Los Angeles area. The scholars will be selected by the University’s scholarship committee or by nomination of one of the University’s Deans.
“We at Servicon pride ourselves on our ability to enrich our communities through ServiconCares,” shared Servicon President and CEO Laurie Sewell. “Alongside the generosity of the Mahdesian family, we can support our company’s goal of keeping our people and our neighborhoods thriving and healthy.”
Servicon, a Women-owned and operated organization, is dedicated to providing exemplary environmental, custodial, and maintenance services for complex facilities throughout California. The company aims to elevate the industry and provide healthy environments for people to thrive.
