Professor Moini Professor Moini is the founding Program Director for the new Master of Health Science Physician Assistant Program at Charles R. Drew University. She received her Master of Health Science, Physician Assistant degree from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut.  She is certified through the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed as a Physician Assistant by the State of California.  Prof. Moini also holds a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Nutrition from Oregon State University and is a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) and Registered Dietitian.

Her experience includes appointments as Educational Coordinator and Clinical Assistant Professor in the Physician Assistant Program at Quinnipiac University, as Assistant Professor in the Quinnipiac University Department of Medical Sciences, and has extensive clinical experience as a Physician Assistant in a number of clinical settings, with an area of specialty in blood and marrow transplantation.

member of the U.S. Inline Hockey TeamProfessor Moini was a member of the U.S. Inline Hockey Team and competed at several World Inline Hockey tournaments. She also has a nationally registered therapy dog, Luci that is an ambassador for her breed. Luci, an American Staffordshire terrier, specializes in working with children with learning disabilities and makes a fantastic skating companion along the boardwalk in Hermosa Beach!
