  3. Three (3) Letters of Recommendation required (page 4-5) copy as needed
  4. Statement of Purpose and Objectives (page 6-7)

Application fee:  The Application fee is $75.  Please make your check payable to Charles Drew University. (This fee may be refundable for Drew Faculty accepted into the MSCR program.)
