Occupational therapy aims to assist individuals of all ages in regaining skills for daily activities by promoting independence and well-being through rehabilitation. It focuses on restoring function and fine motor control so individuals can engage in occupations. Occupational therapists work to enhance clients’ abilities to participate in desired activities by modifying their environment or providing adaptive solutions.
