Use this form to submit items to CDU Now, the digest of upcoming events and news emailed to staff, faculty, and students on Monday and Wednesday mornings.
You can also use this form to submit a standalone broadcast just for staff and faculty. Be advised the Communications Department may make changes to your request in order to enhance the readability of your message.
Requests are evaluated based on relevance, audience alignment, and scheduling availability. Not all submissions may be approved or distributed.
Submission Criteria
All requests submitted must have an obvious connection to CDU
Submit all requests several days before the item should start running
All flyers submitted must use the correct CDU logo. Submissions with outdated CDU logos or logos that have been distorted will not be accepted
Standalone Broadcasts
Standalone broadcasts are not permitted except for a “Starting Soon” broadcast before your event or for University-wide communications approved by Executive Leadership.
