Giving Tuesday a Success

CDU celebrated National Giving Tuesday with a successful fundraising event on campus that included bagels and coffee for CDU staff, students, and faculty. The event was also an opportunity to meet with development and alumni relations staff while contributing to CDU’s fundraising efforts.

Held in the Cobb Lobby, the event surpassed the original $1,000 fundraising goal by a long shot. Thanks to the support from the CDU community, the University raised over $10,000 in gifts during Giving Tuesday. 

“Giving Tuesday is a special way to celebrate philanthropy at CDU, but just as important, Giving Day is also a chance for us to increase awareness and engage the community,” said Andreh Khachaturians, Executive Director for Development and Alumni Relations. “It is such a good feeling to know that our CDU community prioritizes their philanthropy toward CDU.”
