About

Dr. Wang is a cancer researcher in the Division of Cancer Research and Training. His research interests include the identification of novel phytochemicals and combinations in cancer chemoprevention and therapy. Dr. Wang received his MD degree and MPH degree in Occupational Health from the Shandong Medical University, China. He received his PhD degree in Environmental Toxicology in 2008 from Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas. He was a post-doctoral fellow during 2008-2012 at the UCLA Center for Human Nutrition. Dr. Wang’s research has been continuously supported by grants from federal agencies including the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the Department of Defense (DOD).
