Fellows receive a comprehensive benefits package that supports their health, wellness, and professional development. Benefits include:

Four weeks of vacation plus most county holidays

Allowance and Coverage
In addition to base salary and benefits, fellows receive several allowances to support their educational and living needs:
Meal allowance
Housing allowance
Fellows train in a multicultural urban setting with access to diverse neighborhoods, cultural centers, and community hubs throughout Los Angeles County. They live within a 30-45-minute commute to their distributed clinical sites.
Annual educational stipend
Up to five days of educational leave for AACAP, with additional leave provided for fellows serving as chief
Reimbursement for travel, lodging, and registration for AACAP, and for the Chief Conference when applicable
Hospital parking reimbursement
Coverage for approved professional association memberships
Coverage for required exams and certifications
Housing
