Academic Rights, Privileges, and Grievances

The Committee on Academic Rights, Privileges, and Grievances, on an as needed basis, hears, evaluates, and recommends responses to complaints of misconduct against Senate members as well as complaints by Senate members of unfair treatment by agents or agencies of the University. When a grievance is between faculty and administrative personnel an ad hoc committee will be established. The committee will comprise of members from the Senate and university grievance committees. The committee will be co-chaired by members of each grievance committee.
