CDU’s second five-year Strategic Plan, covering 2021-2026, was developed with strategic objectives and actions that will push us past our long-held goal of becoming a mid-sized health professions university.
The theme of this plan is “Transformational Growth” which refers not only to the University but the entire community around us here in South Los Angeles and beyond. By creating healthcare and educational opportunities for students from South LA and communities like it everywhere, we are also transforming these neighborhoods, as many of our graduates return to these locales to provide much-needed care.
