- To be eligible, students must be enrolled full-time in one of the following CDU programs:
- B.S. in Biomedical Sciences
- B.S. in Public Health
- B.S. in Psychology
- B.S. in Nutrition Science & Food Systems
- Post-Baccalaureate Certificate
- M.S. in Biomedical Sciences (1st year only)
- M.P.H. in Urban Health Disparities (1st year only)

- No, unfortunately students without a legally-obtained SSN or TIN are not eligible to apply, because HCOP programs are federally funded by the Bureau of Health Workforce (BHW).

- You can mail or hand-deliver your transcripts to the CDU HCOP office.
ABOUT SCHOLARSHIPS
- Is the HCOP scholarship renewable? Will I get funding every year?
- CDU HCOP scholarships are one-time awards. Any funding available to students for subsequent years is not guaranteed, variable, and contingent on continued eligibility & participation.
ABOUT EXPECTATIONS
- I am interested in the HCOP program, but may not have time to attend all the activities or complete all the requirements. Should I still apply?
- Once selected, HCOP Scholars are expected to fully commit themselves. Students who have pre-existing obligations or other commitments that would significantly conflict with HCOP should not apply.
