Degree/Certificate Seeking Students Fall 2017

As a predominantly graduate health professions school, our students come to the University with significant educational and career experiences. The average age of Graduate Students at CDU is 34 years, and the average age of Undergraduate Students is 30 years.

The University’s mission to train health professionals improve the health of underserved populations attracts a highly diverse student body, both demographically and socioeconomically. In the Fall 2017 incoming class, 47% of undergraduates were eligible for Pell grants for low income students, and 79% of medical students are self-described as ‘disadvantaged.’
