I  welcome you to the Office of Faculty Development and Assessment (OFDA) at the Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science (CDU), specializing in health sciences and health professions education designed by the signature curricular model, 'CDU Advantage, ' and dedicating toward social justice and health equity. The OFDA serves CDU academic advancement initiatives by promoting faculty professional development and the optimal use of a centralized assessment system across two colleges and a school.
