In the five decades since the school was incorporated in the Watts-Willowbrook area of Los Angeles in 1966, CDU has
- Graduated more than 575 physicians
- 1,200 physician assistants and over a thousand other health professionals
- Trained over 2,700 physicians through medical and surgical residency programs in Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Psychiatry, OB/Gyn, Dermatology, Pediatrics, ENT, Neurology, OMFS, Anesthesiology, Ophthalmology, Family Medicine and a fellowship in Geriatrics.
- Additionally, we are currently developing an independent 4-year medical school with the first class of 60 students entering in the of Fall 2023.
