In the latest issue of Spirituality & Health magazine, Dr. Mamdooh Ghoneum describes his persistent pursuit of a natural therapy for cancer. Dr. Ghoneum, a professor of immunology at Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science, has studied for more than two decades how baker’s yeast affects cancer cells. He was quoted as telling the magazine: “I have no doubt that I’m close to unlocking the mystery as to why cancer cells weaken to the point of destruction after eating common baker’s yeast. The cells just gravitate to the yeast. I call it fatal attraction.”
