New Email Server Information

 

Create a Forwarding Rule in Outlook Web Access
(Requires Internet Explorer to set up)

1.

 Open Internet Explorer and go to https://webmail.cdrewu.edu/exchange

Login using the Premium client (default)
- Username and Password are the same as your windows login that is used to
login to machines in the school (example. Username: kchenlee)

Click the Rules button or the Go to Rules button in the Navigation Pane.

  4. Click the New button.  
   

 
       
  5. Type a name for your rule.   
  6.  Type an address in "Forward it to."  
   

Caution 1: If you mistype in the address can cause your mail to disappear forever.
Caution 2: Closing an account to which you are forwarding will cause your e-mail to disappear.

** We also recommend you clear the checkbox for Keep a copy in my Inbox
At the top of the "edit rule" window, click the Save and Close button.

 

To stop forwarding your e-mail:

   

1. You stop forwarding by deleting the rule.
2. Click the Rules button to see a list of your rules.
3. Highlight your forwarding rule.
4. Click the X button to delete the rule
