Goal: Develop mathematical and quantitative skills necessary for calculation, analysis, problem-solving and the ability to develop computer literacy.

I believe I met this goal because I had years of training and working many different computer programs.

 

Technical Skills

I have a BFA in Fine Arts specializing in Advertising Design. I use many programs:

Page layouts and Word procssor programs: PageMaker, QuakeXPress, Word. I also use photography editing programs: Photoshop and Photopaint. I use web animation: Flash5, and web Design programs: Hot Fox Pro and Dreamweaver. And I use vector drawing programs: CorelDraw, and Illustrator. But I have never used other Word programs such as PowerPoint and Word Excel until I took the intro class to computers, last year. I enjoy PowerPoint because you can do presentations, and stop and go the slides. I used the example of the PowerPoint presentation for viewing, my Technical skills. I did this presentation for History class about the Information age. Oh, by the way, since I am working with a Web page program called Dreamweaver it does not really except programs that are not Macromedia programs, but I figured out how to import it into my web page.
