Description:
The university is currently seeking for faculty member (Associate Professor/Full Professor) in the department of Cancer Research.  The investigator will specialize in Cancer Outreach and Cancer Control and Prevention Research.  The primary responsibly is to develop an altruistic and productive relationship with the community.  Specially, through community partnered participatory research, the investigator will foster amicable and trusting relationships with the CDU community to create an environment conducive of robust cancer knowledge transfers; engage in efforts and activities that will bring culturally and linguistically appropriate cancer research information to the community; provide effective methodology to increase community capacity that will lead to the development and implementation of culturally appropriate health prevention strategies through community partnered participatory research.

Requirements:

Qualified candidate must have a doctorate degree (Ph. D. or M.D.) with demonstrable research experience and publications; and ability to be culturally and linguistically sensitive to the diverse community.
