Specific University/PA Program Information

All students must have a baccalaureate degree at graduation from the PA Program. Those students who do not already hold this degree from a regionally accredited university in the US, are required to take three (3) additional courses while enrolled in the PA Program (without exception). The three additional courses MUST be selected from the course offerings by the Department of General Education of the College of Science & Health, and
are taken as evening courses during the didactic year of the Program. This involves (i) an additional cost of $1800; and (ii) additional class and study time not included in the matriculation through the PA Program. Candidates who do not achieve a passing score
on any assessment test, and who are accepted by the PA Program are required to enroll
in specific work shops, and/or courses to fulfill the proficiency requirement (s) before being allowed to enter the PA Program. For example, applicants are required to take the admissions exam in reading, writing, and in some cases math. If the candidate fail to
achieve a passing score on any of these assessment tests, and are accepted into the Program, it would be mandatory that the student enroll in the reading workshop and/or
writing workshop to fulfill that deficiency before being allowed to enter the Program.

All accepted applicants are accepted as PROVISIONAL students until all University, College, and Program requirements are satisfied before entering the Program and this is without exception.
