Congratulations to Dr. Ramirez and  Dr. Radtke


Dr. Gilbert Ramirez
Dr. Gilbert Ramirez, Director of the Master of Public Health Program, has been elected as President-Elect of the Southern California Public Health Association. The SCPHA is engaged with the American Public Health Association in preparing for the annual APHA meeting to be held in San Diego this year (November).

Dr. Ramirez is also an appointed (DHHS) member of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Community Guide Taskforce. The primary purpose of the Taskforce is to review evidence and make recommendations for strategies improving population health.
 
   

Mr. John Radtke
Mr. John Radtke, Interim Director of the Nuclear Medicine Technology Program, was elected as President of the California Society of Radiologic Technologists.
