Rosario Blancaflor-Agmata, Director of Finance & Administration for CDU College of Medicine, has over thirty (30) years of financial accounting and auditing, administrative and management leadership experience in for-profit and non-profit industries, including twenty three (23) years in non-profit.
Previous positions include: Chief Financial Officer for the Los Angeles Eye Institute and Los Angeles Ophthalmology Medical Group, Inc.; Controller for the University Affiliates IPA, Inc.-former affiliate of USC School of Medicine, Chief Financial Officer/Assistant Executive Director and served twice as Interim/Acting Executive Director for the Antelope Valley Domestic Violence Council; Independent Auditor In-Charge for SyCip, Gorres, Velayo & Co., CPA’s - an affiliate of Ernst & Young International; and, Independent Consultant for non-profit agencies, IPA and medical group.
Rosario Blancaflor-Agmata earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Accounting, Cum Laude, from the University of the East, Manila, Philippines. She obtained her license as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Philippine Regulations Commission-Board of Accountancy and became a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Ms. Blancaflor-Agmata previously served for a few years as Employee Campaign Chairperson and on the Council of Executives for the United Way, Inc.-Antelope Valley Region and was awarded a Certificate for Outstanding Volunteer Work in the community.
