  Residency Training

Internal Medicine senior residents rotate on the Nephrology Consultation service. They evaluate all in and out patients where expert consultation is requested. The house staff are supervised by the nephrology fellow and faculty on service to maximize their educational experience.

Medical Student Training

Hematology-Oncology is offered as a three-week elective in the fourth year of medical education for 300 level course credit. Medical students enrolled in the Drew UCLA Medical Education program may choose Hematology Oncology as part of their Medicine selective options required by the Drew Urban Underserved College.
