The purpose and goal of the Division of Gastroenterology (GI) is to provide
comprehensive subspecialty care, education and research in an inpatient and an
outpatient academic setting. This includes emergency care, health maintenance,
preventive medicine and community education, delivered to a largely underserved
community in the ethnically and culturally diverse Southwest cluster of Los
Angeles County. |
