The Division of Endocrinology is proud to host 4 high quality Endocrinology-related clinics (Diabetes, Adult Endocrinology, Obesity, and Thyroid Biopsy) and participate in 3 additional clinics (Gestational Diabetes/High Risk Pregnancy, Reproductive Endocrinology and Pediatric Endocrinology). All clinics are located at King/Drew Medical Center. Superb, state-of-the-art patient care is provided to all Los Angeles County residents regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. Our hallmark Endocrinology clinic sees patients with all types of Endocrinological diseases, including thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, calcium and bone, reproductive and lipid/metabolic disorders. The clinic is actively seeking patients with pituitary and lipid problems. The Diabetes clinic offers a personalized integrative approach to the Diabetic patient including the newest treatment regimens. The thyroid biopsy clinic performs ultrasound-guided biopsies on patients with thyroid masses and nodules. The Gestational Diabetes/High Risk Pregnancy, Reproductive Endocrinology are run by the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department and the Pediatric Endocrinology clinic is run by the Department of Pediatrics.
