Cesar E. Aranguri, M.D. – Assistant Professor II, Career Academic Series, Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Cardiology.
Dr. Aranguri received his BA degree in 1974 at G.U.E. Meliton Carbajal, Lima-Peru and his M.D., degree in 1981 from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara, Jalisco-Mexico. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency Training at King-Drew Medical Center in 1989 and an additional three years of Fellowship in Cardiovascular Diseases from the same institution in 1992. He became Board Certified in Internal Medicine in 1992 and in Cardiovascular Diseases in 1995. He holds professional memberships in the American College of Cardiology, American Medical Association and the American Association for the Advancement of Science. He has been affiliated with the Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Cardiology since July, 1992; he is also the Director of the Echocardiography Laboratory operations. Dr. Aranguri is presently the Program Director for Residency Training for the Department of Internal Medicine . |
