All applicants must apply through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application System). Materials to be submitted include: |

- Medical School transcript
- Dean's letter
- Three (3) letters of recommendation
- USMLE scores
- Personal statement
- Other pertinent information

The residency program selection committe notifies applicants for interviews after receiving the above information. |

Candidates must complete their applications no later than December 31 in order to be considered for an interview. Candidates are ranked in the National Residency Match Program, all correspondence should be addressed to: |
