Activity 8: Program Management

Activity 8: Program Management

The Title III program office has grown into an integral and invaluable part of the institutional effectiveness efforts at the University. In addition to ensuring that the Title III activities are conducted appropriately, and that all necessary data collection and reporting are done in a timely manner, the Title III Program Administration Activity supports institutional accreditation, academic plan implementation, academic program review and the Office of Institutional Research and Planning. The Title III Program is very closely interwoven with our University Strategic and Academic Plans, and the Title III office will oversee evaluation of our planning functions and the implementation of the strategic initiatives. With support from Title III, the Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness will continue integrating data from institutional management systems to support data-driven management at the University. The implementation of a data driven management system will increase the efficiency of the University, and help us manage growth in programs and enrollment. The activity includes the Title III Program Director (who also serves as the Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness), and Senior Research Analyst, travel for accreditation and program review activities, institutional research development activities and Title III administrative seminars and professional development, and other expenses related to the accreditation process.
