  Charles Drew University Honors New Deans at VIP Reception  
     
  Deans Baker and Orum-Alexander welcomed by faculty, community leaders, elected officials, and other VIPs all sharing in their  vision for University’s growth initiative.

The Charles Drew University of Medicine and Science welcomed new deans—Richard S. Baker, M.D., Dean, College of Medicine, and Gail Orum-Alexander, Pharm.D., Dean, College of Science and Health recently in Los Angeles. 

Representing the State of California, Assemblyman Anthony Portantino
(44th District) expressed the State’s gratitude and excitement about the University’s consistent pursuit of educating more doctors and medical professionals who will return to help the poor and underserved communities.
