Kevin Heslin, PhD, assistant professor in the Research Centers in Minority Institutions of Charles Drew University
of Medicine and Science, has published a paper in the upcoming February (18.1) issue of the Journal of Health Care for the Poor and Underserved. The paper, titled “Community Characteristics and Violence Against Homeless Women in Los Angeles County,” estimates the association of community characteristics with sexual and physical assault in a sample of homeless women. Co-authors include other members of the Charles Drew University community. The release date for this issue will be February 13th. |
