The mission of Charles Drew University
of Medicine and Science emphasizes the critical need for training throughout undergraduate and graduate medical education, as well as the need to enhance faculty development within its unique context of service to the underserved. The Drew University common curriculum will address important values and principal themes which bridge the core competencies of all educational programs with best practice criteria specific for each theme and sensitive to unique aspects of each program. The program will be accessible via WebCT. |

A campus-wide faculty survey defined the Drew Graduate as a health professional who possesses the following core values: |
