COM Faculty Bylaw Revisions

On Monday April 23, 2012 the Faculty Executive Board opened a 15-day referendum of the faculty of the whole on proposed revisions to the By-laws of the faculty of the College of Medicine. Per the electronic ballot for a simple yes or no vote on approval of the by-law revisions, below are PDF copies of the CURRENT and proposed REVISED By-laws, plus an EXECUTIVE SUMMARY that provides a rationale for any proposed substantive changes. Marginal editorial changes are not noted; a mark-up copy of all proposed changes to the current by-laws is available upon request to the Faculty Executive Board.
